CallLimited complimentary appointments each week
Start with a 30-minute PT consult.
Meet one-on-one with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, discuss what has been limiting you, complete three brief movement tests, and leave with one appropriate exercise or next-step recommendation.
Share your contact information and our team will call you within 24–48 hours (business days) to schedule your consult.
The complimentary consult is not a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment session. Insurance requirements may apply if formal care is recommended.
Where to start
Maybe discomfort keeps returning. Perhaps walking, lifting, running, working, or exercising no longer feels the way it should. You may have already tried resting, stretching, changing activities, or waiting for the problem to settle down.
A complimentary physical therapy consult gives you a low-pressure opportunity to talk with a licensed professional, look briefly at how you move, and determine the most appropriate next step.
A brief consult can help identify which areas may require a more comprehensive evaluation.
Meet the physical therapist before committing to formal care and learn whether PT appears appropriate.
Discuss the activities that matter to you and receive guidance about a reasonable next step.
Your appointment
Tell the physical therapist what has been bothering you, how long it has been happening, and which activities have become difficult.
The therapist will select three safe, relevant movement tests based on your concern. The same tests will not necessarily be used for every visitor.
The therapist will discuss what the brief findings may suggest and whether a more comprehensive evaluation could be appropriate.
Receive one appropriate home exercise, self-management suggestion, or recommendation about what to do next.
There is no obligation to begin care. If a comprehensive PT evaluation is recommended, our team can explain scheduling, insurance, and self-pay options.
Share your contact information and our team will call you within 24–48 hours (business days) to schedule your consult.

So you know exactly what you are booking before you arrive.
A good starting point
People book a consult when they want guidance about concerns like these.
If you are unsure whether your concern is appropriate for a consult, call our team at (330) 896-2030.
This service is not intended for emergencies. Seek immediate medical attention for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, major trauma, chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bowel or bladder control, or other urgent medical concerns.
Our approach
The painful area matters, but it may not be the only part of the picture. Our physical therapists consider your symptoms, movement, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, activity demands, recovery, and personal goals.
We use clinical findings to create individualized recommendations instead of placing everyone into the same protocol.
We take time to listen, explain, and understand what you want to return to.
We examine the area of concern while considering how other relevant regions and movement strategies may contribute.
When appropriate, care may draw from McKenzie/MDT, DNS-informed rehabilitation, PRI-informed strategies, dry needling, hands-on treatment, education, and progressive exercise.
Our Return to Function approach helps bridge the gap between rehabilitation and the demands of work, exercise, lifting, running, and recreation.
Who you will meet
Not office staff, and not a generic printed exercise sheet.
Your appointment is conducted one-on-one by a licensed physical therapist who has earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. The therapist will listen to your concern, select appropriate movement tests, explain the limitations of the consult, and help you understand your options.
Full transparency
If the consult suggests that a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation may be appropriate, the therapist will explain why and answer your questions.
If you would like to continue, an evaluation may be available that day depending on clinical appropriateness, scheduling, informed consent, insurance requirements, and benefits verification.
A comprehensive evaluation is separate from the complimentary consult and may be a billable service. Our team will explain any expected financial responsibility before beginning formal care.
You are never required to continue into an evaluation or plan of care.
