The evening
What you’ll learn
Tap each topic to preview what we’ll cover. Practical education, live demonstrations, and time for your questions.
Back symptoms often show up during ordinary tasks like these. At the workshop, we’ll talk through what may be going on in moments like this and how movement, breathing, and core coordination can play a role.
Illustration only. Everyone’s experience is different, and this clip does not show the cause of any one person’s symptoms.
Think of your core as a canister. The diaphragm is the lid, the pelvic floor is the base, the abdominals wrap the front and sides, and the back muscles form the back wall. When they work together, pressure inside the canister helps support your spine. When one part isn’t doing its share, other areas may pick up the slack.
At the workshop, you’ll see this in action with live breathing and movement demonstrations.
You’ll see each exercise demonstrated and can try it at your own comfort level, or simply watch. Here’s a preview of a few we’ll cover.
There’s no single right starting point. Tap each step to see what it involves.

PT, Cert MDT, CIDN, PES, CES, RYT-200
Doctor of Physical Therapy
An Akron native, Dr. Wyatt earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a focus in Kinesiology from Campbell University, where he attended on a running scholarship. He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Walsh University.
His continued studies include the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). As a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT-200), his yoga training further shaped his understanding of the body as a connected whole rather than a collection of separate parts.
Dr. Wyatt brings these perspectives together to explore how movement, breathing, core coordination, hips, and the spine relate to each person’s symptoms. His approach emphasizes individualized care, practical education, and helping people feel confident managing their symptoms and returning to meaningful activity.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Wyatt is an avid marathon runner and proud father to two daughters, Kali and Legacy. His love of running and family keeps him focused on helping people stay active in the lives they enjoy.
